• No Manufacturing: TrendBuy does not manufacture, produce, or warehouse the inventory listed on this site. We do not own the products sold.

• Sourced Content: All product images, specifications, and core details are provided to us directly by third-party Sellers via various digital communication channels.

• Automated Listings: Product descriptions and titles on our website may be generated using automated software based on the raw data and images provided by Sellers. While we strive for accuracy, TrendBuy does not independently verify the Intellectual Property (IP) status of the images or designs submitted by Sellers.

2. ROLE AS AN INTERMEDIARY In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, TrendBuy acts purely as an "Intermediary." We facilitate transactions between third-party Sellers and Buyers.

• Liability: We assume no liability for the content, quality, safety, or authenticity of the products listed by third parties.

• Action: Our role is limited to providing access to a communication system; we do not initiate the transmission, select the receiver of the transmission, and select or modify the information contained in the transmission.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION & ACCURACY

• Color Variations: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

• Handmade Items: Minor irregularities in weaving, print, or embroidery are inherent to handmade/artisan textile products and should not be considered defects.

4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

• Errors: While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors regarding pricing or product descriptions may occur. TrendBuy reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

• Stock: Product availability is subject to change without notice. In case a product goes out of stock after you place an order, we will initiate a full refund.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER TrendBuy is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or health issues caused by the usage of products (e.g., fabrics, jewelry, or cosmetics) sold on our platform. Sellers are contractually required to ensure they own the copyright to the images they submit or have the authorization to sell the branded goods. If a Seller is found violating this policy, their account will be suspended immediately.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE & TAKEDOWN PROCEDURE If you are a copyright or trademark owner and believe a product listed on TrendBuy infringes on your rights, please follow this procedure for immediate removal.

Submit a Takedown Notice: Send an email to admin@trendbuy.co.in with the subject line: "[IP Infringement] - [Brand Name]".

Please include:

1. Direct Links (URLs): The specific links to the infringing products on TrendBuy.

2. Proof of Rights: A trademark certificate, copyright registration, or authorized letter of representation.

3. Description of Infringement: Briefly explain how the product/image infringes your rights (e.g., "Use of copyrighted photoshoot," "Counterfeit logo").

4. Contact Details: Name, Phone Number, and Official Email of the authorized person.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the Seller.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendBuy, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the website.

• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

• Statements or conduct of any third party (Seller) on the service.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this Policy or the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mudukulathur, Tamil Nadu, India.
